REFUND POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Since we ship internationally, return shipping fees can be high.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a 15% partial refund of the total price.

You get to keep the product without having to ship it back.

How to apply for a refund:
To process any request, you must send a brief video to our support team showing the product and explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Once our team reviews the video, the partial refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
